The position offers a fixed monthly salary of 80,000, excluding additional allowances or benefits.
A perfect attendance bonus of $8,000 is available to eligible employees who maintain an unblemished record of attendance throughout the evaluation period.
A performance-based bonus of $10,000 is attainable upon reaching the designated target.
A bonus of $10,000 is offered, applicable after achieving three consecutive victories.
Compensation will be reviewed and adjusted upward following the successful completion of the initial three-month probationary period.
Achieving team objectives will be rewarded with additional incentives.
