Job Summary

Vital Wireless Limited is looking for driven professionals to serve as Online Sales Representatives, responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing mobile agents and retail partners throughout Nigeria.

The successful applicant must demonstrate exceptional proficiency in sales, recruitment, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven capability to cultivate robust agent networks and boost SIM card distribution across designated regions.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to project management, team coordination, and strategic planning. Analyze data to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining transparent communication channels. Monitor progress through key performance indicators, address discrepancies promptly, and implement corrective measures as needed.

We are seeking a professional to recruit, onboard, and oversee mobile agents and retail partners to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Expand agent networks and enhance SIM card distribution across designated regions to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.

Leverage digital platforms—including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok—to actively attract and engage prospective agents.

Provide agents with assistance in onboarding, enhancing product knowledge, and managing SIM ordering processes.

Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support to ensure sustained sales efforts.

Foster robust partnerships with agents to enhance retention rates and stimulate business expansion.

Evaluate emerging market opportunities and play a key role in expanding the company’s geographic reach.

Compile regular reports to track agent recruitment metrics and sales performance indicators.

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Three years of experience in software development with proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is required. Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is essential. Candidates should have experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are necessary. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are also required. Prior experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.

A minimum requirement includes the possession of either an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) qualification.

With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in sales, business development, agent acquisition, or territory management, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in these areas.

Exceptional proficiency in sales, negotiation, and persuasion, coupled with robust relationship management capabilities, is essential for success in this role.

Proven track record in recruiting and overseeing agents or distribution partners is required.

Skilled in operating smartphones, leveraging social media platforms, utilizing WhatsApp Business, navigating Google Maps, and employing various digital tools effectively.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, maintain strong organizational discipline, and ensure diligent follow-through on all tasks.

A proactive self-starter with a strong commitment to achieving set objectives and the ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.

Experienced in pinpointing market opportunities and spearheading territory expansion with a results-driven approach.

Compensation for this role is structured to reflect the significant responsibilities and expertise required, with a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off. Additionally, eligible candidates may receive stock options or other incentives as part of the total compensation package. The position also offers opportunities for professional development, such as conference attendance, training programs, and mentorship, to support ongoing career growth.

The position offers a monthly remuneration of ₦100,000.
