Oversee daily content publication and engagement initiatives across all prominent social media channels.
Execute paid social media initiatives across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, ensuring accurate tracking of data trends and insights for informed decision-making.
Partner with leadership to ensure digital initiatives are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives.
Ensure uniform brand representation across all content and channels while upholding established guidelines and standards.
Offer data-driven strategic guidance aimed at enhancing digital performance metrics and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development or engineering. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are also necessary. Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum is preferred. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are a must.
A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher is required.
Seeking candidates with a proven track record of 2 to 4 years in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in the tech or energy sector serves as an additional asset.
