A dynamic and outcomes-focused Digital Media & Publicity Officer is needed to strengthen our digital footprint, elevate brand recognition, and foster meaningful audience interactions across various online channels.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between departments. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend data-driven improvements. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a high-performing and motivated workforce. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop, implement, and continuously refine advertising strategies across YouTube and TikTok to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
Responsible for overseeing and expanding the company’s presence across its social media channels.
Design visually compelling flyers, graphics, and promotional materials to captivate target audiences and drive engagement.
Produce edited videos and generate AI-driven media content.
Oversee the company’s digital listings, with a focus on Google Maps, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all platforms.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at expanding and generating revenue from social media platforms.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional organizational skills. Must demonstrate strong communication abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Familiarity with data entry, scheduling, and basic accounting principles is required. Additionally, the ideal applicant should possess problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Seeking candidates with a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, or a related discipline.
Proven expertise in managing and optimizing YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns is required.
Proficient in graphic design and video editing, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and technical precision.
Proficient in utilizing artificial intelligence-driven content creation software and platforms.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of social media growth tactics and monetization frameworks.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with a strong aptitude for creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
Applicants must be located within or in close vicinity to Leak Phase 1.
We require a candidate who can adhere to a structured work schedule, ensuring consistent availability and punctuality during designated hours. The role demands a commitment to maintaining regular attendance and meeting deadlines in a timely manner. Flexibility may be necessary to accommodate occasional adjustments, but reliability remains a cornerstone of this position.
Monday through Friday, employees are required to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, exclusively on-site.
Remote weekend support services are provided as needed.
