Job Summary

Appoint Group is in search of a highly innovative, self-driven, and outcome-focused Digital Marketing Officer to enhance our vibrant team.

Oversee and execute a variety of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment. Develop and implement comprehensive plans, policies, and procedures to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive sustainable growth. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess progress toward organizational objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards while mitigating risks. Manage stakeholder relationships to maintain transparency and alignment with business goals.

Develop, implement, and enhance digital marketing initiatives spanning social media, Google platforms, and additional online channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Craft compelling digital content encompassing graphics, brief videos, infographics, reels, and marketing copy to captivate audiences and drive engagement.

Oversee the development and expansion of the organization’s social media footprint across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.

Monitor website traffic, analyze key performance metrics, and evaluate SEO effectiveness to identify opportunities for enhanced search engine rankings.

Execute paid advertising initiatives, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing campaigns.

Perform comprehensive competitor analysis and continuously monitor the evolution of digital trends and tools to maintain a strategic edge in the market.

Monitor campaign effectiveness and compile comprehensive weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

Oversee the development and execution of email marketing initiatives as well as lead-generation funnels.

Interact with online communities, address comments and messages, and facilitate seamless customer interactions digitally.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, branding, and communications, to advance marketing goals effectively.

Provide assistance with offline marketing initiatives as needed, including activations, photoshoots, branding projects, and other related activities.

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are required. Excellent communication skills are necessary to present findings to stakeholders and collaborate across teams. Familiarity with GAAP and regulatory compliance is preferred. The ideal candidate should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving financial processes.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years’ demonstrated expertise in Digital Marketing or Social Media Strategy.

Experienced in leveraging SEO and SEM strategies, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and various social media tools to drive digital marketing initiatives.

Proficient in producing digital designs using tools such as Canva or comparable software is essential.

Proven track record in developing and overseeing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication is essential.

Possesses a robust analytical approach, adept at interpreting data and deriving meaningful insights from campaign performance metrics.

Thrives in high-pressure environments while consistently delivering results within tight deadlines.

Must be available for immediate resumption.
