Job Summary
We are in search of a dynamic and outcome-focused Digital Media & Publicity Officer to strengthen our digital footprint, amplify brand recognition, and foster meaningful audience interactions across various online channels.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing core operational tasks, strategic planning, and team leadership. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and organizational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify opportunities for optimization. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability in all initiatives.
Execute and refine advertising initiatives across YouTube and TikTok to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
Oversee the expansion and optimization of the company’s social media presence across all relevant platforms. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance engagement, increase followers, and drive brand awareness. Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust content strategies accordingly to maximize reach and impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives. Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop visually compelling flyers, graphics, and promotional materials designed to capture audience attention and drive engagement.
Produce edited video content and create AI-generated media assets.
Oversee the organization’s digital presence on online directories, with a specific focus on Google Maps.
Devise and execute strategic initiatives aimed at expanding and generating revenue from social media platforms.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with a demonstrated track record in digital marketing, social media oversight, or a comparable field.
Proficiency in executing and optimizing YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns is required.
Proficient in graphic design and video editing, with a robust skill set and extensive experience in both domains.
Proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence software for content generation is essential.
Proficient in social media growth methodologies and monetization frameworks with a strong grasp of key strategies and best practices.
You possess outstanding communication abilities and a strong capacity for creativity.
Candidates are required to live within a reasonable distance of Leak Phase 1.
Maintains a consistent schedule, including weekends and evenings, as required to support operational needs, ensuring flexibility to accommodate varying demands and priorities.
Monday through Friday, you will work on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Weekend remote support is available as needed.
