Plan, execute, and refine paid advertising initiatives across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional digital advertising channels.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on generating leads and acquiring new customers.
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns and content distribution strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Responsible for managing SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Track campaign metrics to generate meaningful insights and recommendations for optimization.
Perform comprehensive market research, evaluate target audiences, and analyze competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and inform decision-making processes.
Monitor and document key performance indicators, including web traffic metrics, lead generation figures, conversion rates, return on investment, and customer acquisition expenses.

Requirements
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, you will bring proven expertise to our team.
Demonstrated expertise in executing high-impact digital marketing initiatives with measurable success.
Proficient in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, with a deep understanding of each discipline’s strategies and best practices.
Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, and various marketing automation tools is required.
Demonstrates exceptional analytical capabilities and adept problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, with the capacity to engage diverse audiences through compelling presentations.
Demonstrated proficiency in juggling multiple concurrent projects while consistently delivering results within established deadlines.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong typing skills (minimum 70 WPM). Experience with QuickBooks and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). Exceptional organizational capabilities, including meticulous scheduling, file management, and multitasking in fast-paced environments. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
