The Role
We are in search of a results-oriented Social Media Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn lead generation and brand expansion.
This position goes beyond mere content posting duties, as it involves executing both inbound and outbound LinkedIn strategies to cultivate business opportunities while overseeing multi-platform operations.
Oversee a range of key operational duties, ensuring adherence to established protocols and organizational standards. Manage project timelines effectively, coordinating team efforts to meet critical deadlines. Conduct regular evaluations of processes to identify areas for enhancement and implement data-driven improvements. Serve as a liaison between departments, fostering seamless communication and collaboration. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support transparency and compliance with company policies.
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive lead generation initiatives, developing and implementing targeted direct messaging campaigns on LinkedIn to effectively identify and engage potential prospects.
Platform Management requires full responsibility for overseeing Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent brand representation across all platforms.
Analytics professionals are responsible for measuring, analyzing, and documenting growth, engagement, and lead conversion metrics on a weekly basis, delivering clear and actionable insights.
Develop engaging, brand-consistent content, including posts, reels, and copy, designed to spark meaningful conversations.
Oversee community engagement initiatives while upholding a polished and consistent brand representation.
Requirements
With a minimum of two years of experience in business brand management and LinkedIn outbound strategies, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record to the role.
At least two years of professional experience in overseeing corporate brand management is required.
Demonstrates a strong track record in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and effectively managing professional LinkedIn direct messages for sales initiatives, lead generation, or partnership development.
Proven track record of enhancing engagement levels, generating quality leads, and driving conversions.
Demonstrates strong skills in utilizing content creation tools, such as Canva and Cap Cut, or comparable software platforms.
