Role Description
This position offers a full-time opportunity for a Growth Marketer/Strategist in Lagos, blending on-site teamwork with the convenience of remote work. The hybrid work structure ensures a balance between collaborative office engagement and flexible home-based productivity.
The Growth Marketer/Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining comprehensive growth strategies that span the entire customer lifecycle—covering stages from initial awareness and acquisition through activation, retention, and referral.
Day-to-day duties encompass designing and executing growth experiments, overseeing performance and lifecycle campaigns, and maintaining accountability for key growth metrics and dashboards.
The position entails leveraging data-driven insights to enhance marketing funnels, streamline landing page performance, and strengthen acquisition channels across paid, owned, and earned media platforms.
The Growth Marketer/Strategist will work in partnership with product, engineering, and design teams to synchronize growth initiatives with product roadmaps while enhancing user experience.
The individual selected for this position will perform comprehensive market and competitive analyses, establish and delineate customer segments, and facilitate strategic initiatives aimed at expanding into new markets, developing innovative products, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Proven expertise in developing and executing lead generation strategies, encompassing comprehensive campaign planning, systematic funnel optimization, and strategic enhancements to conversion rates across digital platforms.
Proficient in leveraging digital marketing channels—including search, social, email, and display—and applying performance marketing best practices to drive measurable outcomes.
Proficient in leveraging A/B testing tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems to execute personalized and lifecycle-driven campaigns.
Exceptional strategic reasoning, adept problem-solving capabilities, and a knack for prioritizing high-impact initiatives within dynamic settings are essential.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with a demonstrated ability to articulate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders across various functions.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience, is required.
Three years of demonstrated expertise in the relevant field is required.
Candidates with a background in travel, e-commerce, or consumer-facing technology products will be given preference.
