The Growth & Digital Marketing Lead will spearhead the engineering efforts to achieve the ambitious 10x revenue growth target.
This professional will oversee corporate advertising expenditures across various digital platforms, evaluate conversion pathways, enhance user acquisition processes, and establish local brand credibility.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives aligned with company objectives while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, optimizing productivity and performance. Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making. Analyze data, trends, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and process enhancement. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, legal obligations, and ethical guidelines to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support sustainable financial health and strategic investments.
Develop, implement, execute, and continuously refine paid advertising strategies across Meta Ads Manager (including Instagram and Facebook) and the TikTok Ads platform, with the primary objective of generating high-intent conversion traffic to our website.
Implement, audit, and oversee a robust tracking infrastructure, which includes the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event definitions, to ensure precise reporting of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content calendar, taking the lead on video production and editing initiatives—including Reels and TikToks—centered around high-impact conversion hooks such as “The NATO Playground Stress Test” and “The NATO Bend Challenge.”
Oversee the full spectrum of communication, asset distribution, and customized affiliate tracking frameworks for contracted ‘Ambassadors,’ parent bloggers, and micro-influencers.
Conduct ongoing evaluations of web performance metrics, user session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel drop-off points on foci.ng to implement data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) adjustments.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented mindset and exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A solid understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices is essential, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools. The ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is highly valued. Additional requirements include a track record of problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
With a proven track record spanning 3 to 5 years, you bring hands-on experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce initiatives specifically within Nigeria.
Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Shopify/WooCommerce administration, and tracking frameworks is required.
Proficiency in crafting persuasive copy tailored to discerning, value-driven Nigerian parents, complemented by intermediate-level mobile video editing capabilities using platforms such as Cap Cut, Canva, and Premiere Rush.
