Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a similar industry, to be considered for this position. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with advanced degrees or specialized certifications viewed as advantageous. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance standards is preferred.
