We are in search of a visionary and high-performing Online Branding Team Lead to spearhead our Social Media Team. The preferred candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in cultivating and expanding brand visibility across digital channels, backed by a history of quantifiable achievements. Direct and mentor the Social Media Team to ensure the production of superior content and the execution of effective campaigns.

Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars, execute paid marketing initiatives, cultivate influencer partnerships, and facilitate dynamic community engagement.

Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Design, Content, and Product teams to establish and maintain cohesive branding across all initiatives.
Requirements
With a track record spanning 3 to 5 years, you have demonstrated expertise in social media management and have been an integral part of the online branding team for renowned brands, including MTN, UBA, Techno, and Infinite.
A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proven success in elevating brand recognition, fostering deeper audience engagement, and generating measurable revenue growth.
Experienced in leading teams and providing strong management oversight.
Skilled in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms proficiently.
Proficient in both written and oral communication, with a strong command of language and the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Proficient in content strategy, paid advertising, SEO principles, and emerging digital trends.
Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging insights to inform strategic business decisions.
Results-driven professional who takes initiative and demonstrates exceptional organizational skills to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in software development or a comparable technical role. Candidates should possess proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with frameworks like Django, Spring, or .NET. Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this position.
Experience in betting, sports, technology, or fast-paced digital industries is essential for success in this role.
A strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization is required.
Experience managing brand reputation and crisis communication online.
