Purpose
To develop automated business processes leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connectors—and enhance operational efficiency by delivering scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions across departments.
Oversee and execute core duties encompassing leadership in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team management to drive organizational success. Lead cross-functional initiatives by coordinating efforts with various departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Serve as a primary liaison for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and fostering collaborative relationships to enhance decision-making. Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to optimize productivity and meet key performance indicators. Design, construct, and implement automated workflows with Power Automate to enhance efficiency by eliminating repetitive tasks and optimizing approval processes.
Design and develop tailored connectors in Power Platform to enhance application functionality and facilitate seamless integration with external systems.
Design and refine SQL queries to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from diverse data sources.
Develop and oversee REST API integrations to connect Power Platform solutions seamlessly with external applications.
Develop automated desktop workflows utilizing tools such as Selenium and Power Automate Desktop to streamline processes within legacy or non-API-based systems.
Leverage Power Apps and Power Automate to develop interactive user interfaces by applying FX formulas and advanced query logic for dynamic responsiveness.
Design and implement tailored business applications leveraging Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to streamline operational workflows and enhance productivity.
Develop intuitive, responsive interfaces that meet specified business needs and enhance user experience.
Develop and oversee SharePoint lists and libraries while integrating them with Power Platform applications and automated workflows to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Oversee the organization, management, and upkeep of document repositories, ensuring proper access controls and accurate metadata classification are maintained.
Work collaboratively with various departments to collect and assess requirements, ensure alignment with business objectives, and provide customized solutions.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions and ongoing assistance to end-users regarding deployed solutions to ensure optimal utilization and proficiency.
Oversee adherence to established organizational protocols governing data management, security measures, and application lifecycle processes.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and change logs to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Regularly monitor existing automations and applications to assess their performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement as needed.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial reporting, auditing, or a similar capacity. Proficiency in GAAP, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are essential. The ideal applicant must possess excellent communication abilities to convey financial insights effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are required. Applicants must hold a university degree in any discipline, coupled with a minimum of two to three years of relevant professional experience.
