Drive sales and expand market penetration for the company’s Invited Diagnostic (IVD) products and solutions across hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions.
Develop and sustain robust connections with laboratory managers, procurement teams, and other essential stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment on organizational goals.
Deliver comprehensive product presentations, perform live demonstrations, and lead detailed technical discussions aimed at engaging prospective clients.
To formulate and implement innovative strategies aimed at enhancing market penetration and growth.
Deliver comprehensive product education and foundational technical assistance to customers, fostering seamless implementation and achieving high levels of satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions designed to fulfill specific client requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential. Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js is highly desirable. Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL, is necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial.
A bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field within the life sciences is required.
A valid professional license or registration is required, as applicable to the position.
Mandatory experience in the sale of in vitro diagnostic products is required.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in medical device sales, healthcare business development, or laboratory operations.
Possesses a comprehensive grasp of diagnostic laboratory workflows and their clinical applications.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate successfully, and deliver compelling presentations.
