Job Summary

The Depot Sales Representative will spearhead sales initiatives at the depot level, cultivating and sustaining robust customer connections, meeting predetermined sales quotas, and delivering consistently superior service to all clients.

The position entails discovering new business prospects, cultivating relationships with current clients, handling order fulfillment, and contributing to the organization’s expansion.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the analysis of operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies, the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance performance, and the supervision of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute business plans, while monitoring progress against key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation within the team to support long-term growth and sustainability.

Responsible for driving sales growth by actively promoting and selling the company’s products to customers across a designated territory.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational objectives.

Develop and sustain robust partnerships with distributors, retailers, and in-person patrons.

Handle customer orders with precision and oversee their timely delivery to meet specified deadlines.

Track inventory levels and liaise with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock management.

Analyze market trends to uncover potential sales avenues and cultivate relationships to broaden the client portfolio.

Compile comprehensive sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide accurate and timely insights into performance metrics and trends.

Collect competitive intelligence, analyze pricing structures, and assess customer requirements to inform strategic decision-making.

Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to uphold high levels of satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
