Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill a full-time, on-site position as an Operations Administrative Support/Debt Recovery Officer in Lagos.
This position encompasses a range of administrative duties, delivering operational support while leading and enhancing debt recovery processes, ensuring meticulous maintenance of precise operational records, and serving as a liaison among agents, partners, and regulators to resolve service and debt-related inquiries efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in [specific programming languages or frameworks]. Proficiency in database management systems such as [list relevant databases] is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
A strong, persuasive demeanor combined with exceptional interpersonal abilities is essential for excelling in this position.

Debt collection expertise is essential, encompassing the management of delinquent accounts and the facilitation of payment agreements.
Proficiency in analyzing financial data to extract meaningful trends and insights is essential. A solid grasp of intermediate-level Excel functions is required.
The ability to effectively handle multiple reporting structures is essential for this position. This role involves reporting to both the Managing Director and the Chief Marketing Officer.
Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities, strong time management proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong competency in essential computer software applications, particularly those tailored for financial and administrative functions, is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field, along with prior experience in a comparable role, is highly preferred.
