Job Summary
We are hiring a Data & Business Review Analyst in Lagos to manage operational data, build dashboards, prepare weekly reports, conduct performance reviews, analyze root causes, and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and organize business data across content, livestream, sales, supply chain, and customer service.
Build and maintain dashboards for daily and weekly business tracking.
Prepare weekly reports, review documents, and performance analysis for management.
Conduct root-cause analysis on business problems such as low conversion, low GMV, stock issues, or complaint increases.
Track data completeness, accuracy, and reporting timelines.
Translate business questions into measurable indicators and clear recommendations.
Work with operations teams to follow up on improvement actions.
Requirements
Experience in data analysis, business operations analysis, e-commerce analysis, or reporting.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is an advantage.
Able to explain data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong logical thinking, accuracy, and business sense.
Comfortable working with daily deadlines and multiple data sources.

Data accuracy rate.
Indicator completeness.
Accuracy of root-cause analysis.
Quality and practicality of optimization recommendations.
