The Support Desk Personnel will function as the principal on-site liaison between hospital staff, patients, and the organization’s integrated digital technology suite and oncology access programs. Their objective is to alleviate operational strain on hospital personnel while ensuring patients navigate program processes and diagnostic services with ease.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functioning, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high efficiency standards across departments. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive organizational growth. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to align goals, optimize resource allocation, and achieve key performance objectives. Provide first-line support for our digital solution by offering system guidance and resolving basic troubleshooting issues for users.
Patient Navigation: Support patients in effectively moving through program pathways by facilitating enrollment procedures and connecting them with immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services.
Program coordination involves managing and streamlining program processes within hospital workflows while identifying and escalating operational challenges to the program team for resolution.
Maintain precise records of Support Desk operations and deliver regular performance summaries and analytical insights.
Ensure strict adherence to the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and hospital confidentiality protocols in all patient interactions and data management activities.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is essential, along with a minimum of five years of progressive accounting or finance experience. Strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems are mandatory. Excellent analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently under tight deadlines are critical. Effective communication and collaboration skills are required to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of tax regulations and audit processes is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or another relevant medical science field is required.
Professional candidates will possess a strong background in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, pharmacy operations, or technical support roles.
Required competencies include advanced digital literacy, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of, or direct experience within, Nigeria’s healthcare system. Additionally, the capacity to function efficiently within hospital settings is essential.
