We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer to deliver outstanding technical support and proactive assistance to our customers at Termini. This position plays a vital role in maintaining high levels of satisfaction, maximizing retention, and simplifying the onboarding process for users adopting our communication solutions. Candidates should demonstrate robust troubleshooting capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a forward-thinking mindset focused on resolving issues and enhancing processes.

Oversee a wide range of operational duties, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive cohesive project outcomes. Monitor progress through key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, project statuses, and operational challenges for leadership review. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Investigate and resolve complex technical problems through systematic analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.

Assist in the deployment of new applications and features as part of the implementation process.

Offer assistance by developing and maintaining procedural documentation to ensure clarity and adherence to established protocols.

Analyze emerging industry trends and propose strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the customer success team.

We engage and nurture leads and potential customers who express interest in WhatsApp services, guiding them through the onboarding process until they become paying customers.

Deliver prompt and proficient technical assistance to customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and satisfactorily.

Devise and execute creative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term retention.

Address all customer concerns related to vendor interactions and ensure timely resolution of any issues that arise.

Ensure all pending customer route and delivery issues receive timely follow-up and resolution.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. Additionally, the role requires the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a Technical Support representative capacity or an equivalent position, the ideal candidate will bring a robust background to the role.

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.

Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding among team members and stakeholders.

Critical thought and problem resolution abilities are imperative.

Handles high-pressure situations effectively while maintaining productivity and composure. Demonstrates adaptability and resilience when facing tight deadlines or demanding workloads.

Demonstrates a high degree of emotional intelligence with consistent awareness and management of personal and interpersonal emotions, fostering constructive interactions and a positive work environment.
