About the Role

We are in search of a proactive and meticulous Client Support Analyst to strengthen our Technical Department. This position entails serving as the primary contact for addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and fulfilling support requirements.

You will collaborate extensively with field engineers and various cross-functional teams to facilitate prompt issue resolution, order processing, and the delivery of outstanding customer service.

Oversee core duties encompassing a broad range of operational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead and execute projects with precision, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout each phase. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster communication and drive cohesive outcomes. Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve support requests efficiently through various communication channels.

Oversee and monitor fault resolution assignments in collaboration with Field Engineers to ensure timely and effective completion.

Ensure timely follow-up on completed jobs, quotations, invoicing processes, and client payments to maintain financial accuracy and client satisfaction.

You are responsible for ensuring that all client interactions and support activities are meticulously documented and kept current.

Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and foster ongoing engagement.

Deliver professional services and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as directed by management from time to time.

We seek a skilled individual to join our team, possessing expertise in project management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering, and demonstrate at least five years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software are essential. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit leadership qualities, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Business or a relevant discipline is required.

Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in customer support or client service roles, specifically within companies specializing in renewable energy solutions or solar management systems.

You excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional engagement skills.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, presentation, and invoicing is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly, resolve conflicts tactfully, and deliver persuasive pitches.

Proficiency in CRM systems and adherence to industry-leading customer support methodologies are required.

Proven capability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively while navigating various client personalities with professionalism and adaptability.
