Job Summary
We are in search of a highly competent and seasoned Plumbing & Electrical Technician to become part of our factory maintenance team. The successful applicant will be tasked with the installation, upkeep, diagnostics, and restoration of plumbing and electrical systems across the factory facilities.
Oversee and execute critical duties associated with the role, including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives, drive project completion within established timelines, and monitor performance metrics to assess progress. Identify opportunities for process improvements, troubleshoot operational challenges, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to enhance efficiency and productivity. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all departments.
Perform regular maintenance and execute necessary repairs for plumbing and electrical systems.
Diagnose malfunctions and execute corrective measures with urgency.
Professionally install and preserve water supply networks, drainage infrastructure, and electrical distribution systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Verify that all maintenance operations adhere to established safety protocols and corporate guidelines.
Address emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities carried out.
Requirements
Applicants must hold an OND, Trade Test, Technical Certificate, or a comparable qualification in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related discipline.
Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing facility is required.
Extensive experience in plumbing systems and electrical maintenance procedures is essential.
Proficient in interpreting and analyzing technical drawings and manuals with a high degree of accuracy.
Exceptional ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Skilled in effectively conveying information and collaborating seamlessly with colleagues.
