We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Associate to become part of our expanding Lagos-based team. In this role, you will contribute to the frontline operations by providing exceptional support and fostering a smooth, consistent customer experience across all communication channels. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, evaluating feedback, and contributing to strategic efforts aimed at enhancing satisfaction and retention rates. As a Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their engagement with the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services, and provide training or guidance to customers as needed. Additionally, you will monitor customer health metrics, track usage patterns, and generate reports to assess satisfaction levels and inform strategic decisions. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is preferred, along with prior experience in a customer-facing position.

Leverage CRM systems to maintain and enhance customer relationships by documenting all interactions and preferences with precision, analyzing engagement metrics, evaluating satisfaction levels, and pinpointing opportunities to improve customer retention.

Gather and evaluate customer feedback via surveys, interviews, and additional channels, then synthesize trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and strengthen customer retention initiatives.

Support customer interactions by composing professional emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-ups. Additionally, collaborate on the development and execution of tailored campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and fostering long-term loyalty.

With corporate clients, employ foundational sales and negotiation techniques to understand their requirements, manage contract renewals, and facilitate additional purchasing opportunities.

Play an integral role in crafting and executing customer retention initiatives, partnering with diverse teams across the organization to minimize churn and enhance customer lifetime value.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience is mandatory. Additionally, familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices within the industry is highly desirable.
