The ideal candidate will oversee the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and related electrical installations.

Design and create photovoltaic (PV) and electrical systems tailored to residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Perform comprehensive site surveys, evaluate load capacities, and conduct detailed feasibility studies to assess project viability and requirements.
Develop detailed technical drawings, system layouts, and comprehensive project documentation to support engineering and design initiatives.
Oversee the complete installation, testing, and commissioning processes for solar and electrical systems.
Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs and maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Maintain adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure operational compliance.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation and project reports to ensure clear communication of project details, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in solar photovoltaic (PV) system design, installation, electrical system integration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and comprehensive site evaluations, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in these core competencies.
Proficient in solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical distribution systems, with a deep understanding of their functionality and integration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or alternative engineering software is considered a plus.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending electrical drawings and schematics with precision.
Technical report preparation and field activity supervision capabilities are essential.
Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
