Job Summary

We seek a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales & Customer Success Executive to transform inquiries into revenue while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will oversee customer engagement, cultivate prospective clients, and enhance revenue generation by employing strategic consultative sales methodologies.

You will be tasked with executing a range of critical duties, including overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries received through various digital communication platforms.

Build lasting customer relationships to systematically convert leads into successful sales transactions.

Engage in subsequent interactions with potential customers and leads that have not yet converted.

Provide clients with comprehensive guidance regarding product advantages and suggest optimal solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

Leverage strategic opportunities to promote complementary products and services, thereby enhancing revenue generation potential.

Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.

Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or a comparable qualification is required.

With a minimum of one and up to three years of professional experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or social commerce, you bring valuable expertise to this role.

Exceptional ability to negotiate effectively and persuade stakeholders is essential.

Proven proficiency with customer relationship management systems and related communication applications is required.

Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strong interpersonal connections, coupled with adept relationship management expertise.

Demonstrates proficiency in identifying and prioritizing critical tasks, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and maintaining focus under pressure to meet deadlines. Exhibits strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, solve problems efficiently, and implement effective solutions.
