Job Description
PRL seeks a motivated, results-driven Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, consistently surpass sales goals, identify and address customer needs, and actively promote our offerings.
The incumbent will be instrumental in fostering an inviting store atmosphere while addressing customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism. By leveraging exceptional communication and sales abilities, they will drive business success and contribute to sustainable growth.
Oversee a range of critical responsibilities essential to the role, including driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies that enhance operational efficiency and foster growth. Lead a high-performing team by providing mentorship, delegating tasks effectively, and evaluating performance to drive continuous improvement. Analyze complex data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by communicating progress, addressing concerns, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.
Greeting and warmly welcoming customers to the establishment with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Providing customers with comprehensive product insights and an extensive selection to facilitate informed purchasing choices.
Assisting with the accurate counting and management of inventory levels, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, advantages, and pricing structures.
Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and uphold the established store appearance standards at all times.
Drive incremental revenue growth through consistent attainment and surpassing of sales targets.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests promptly and with a high level of professionalism.
Handle a variety of transactions, such as cash management, credit card processing, and gift card sales, with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all store operations policies as well as the broader company policies and procedures.
Execute additional responsibilities as directed by leadership as needed.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Seeking candidates with at least two years of hands-on experience in retail sales or a comparable position.
Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written communication is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in operating computer software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is essential.
Proficient in fundamental arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with the ability to apply these skills accurately in professional settings.
Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all clients.
Able to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
Exceptional proficiency in leading and developing high-performing teams is essential. Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and guide employees toward achieving organizational goals is required.
Possesses a solid grasp of the retail sales cycle and its operational intricacies.
