Our client, a well-established leader in vehicle leasing, transportation, and logistics, is experiencing rapid growth and urgently requires additional staff to support expanding operations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee a range of critical tasks, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to established protocols. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining meticulous documentation to uphold compliance standards. Additionally, the position requires conducting thorough reviews of data, generating insightful reports, and identifying areas for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.

Responsibilities include facilitating ticket purchases for passengers, overseeing ticket inventory management, and maintaining precise ticketing details to ensure accuracy.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.

Operate and maintain ticketing systems, encompassing both software and hardware components, to facilitate streamlined ticket sales and management.

Reliably oversee revenue management functions, including precise collection, detailed reporting, and thorough reconciliation of financial data.

Seeking a highly motivated candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience. Proficiency in GAAP standards, financial reporting, and tax compliance is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additional requirements include experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of one to two years of professional experience in ticketing or customer-facing positions is required, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.

Proficient in utilizing ticketing systems and software platforms to manage and track workflows effectively. Skilled in navigating and leveraging various software tools to streamline ticket resolution and enhance operational efficiency. Capable of handling multiple ticket queues while maintaining high levels of accuracy and response times.

Proficient in fundamental accounting principles and revenue management methodologies.

Proven capacity to thrive under tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities in a dynamic workplace setting.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory mandates and industry benchmarks, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and similar software applications is required.

Compensation is highly competitive, commensurate with experience and industry standards.

The position is based in the Adore/Ajax area of Lagos, and candidates are required to reside in this locality.
