We seek an In-Store Sales Representative to assist walk-in customers, highlight product features, and deliver an exceptional shopping environment.

Oversee a diverse range of duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and client relations to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment. Develop and implement comprehensive plans to optimize workflow efficiency, monitor progress against key performance indicators, and mitigate potential risks through proactive measures. Foster a collaborative work environment by mentoring staff, delegating tasks effectively, and promoting professional growth opportunities. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and align expectations. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Respond to customer inquiries in-store with a commitment to delivering outstanding service, ensuring a positive shopping experience through attentive and courteous assistance.

Demonstrate and articulate the unique features and advantages of products to potential customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their value.

Ensure products are displayed and arranged in an organized and visually appealing manner at all times.

You will be responsible for documenting daily sales transactions and preparing precise reports.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked sales area at all times to support efficient operations and enhance the customer experience. Ensure shelves, displays, and workspaces are tidy and properly arranged while keeping inventory levels adequate to meet demand.

Provides support for conducting inventory audits and replenishing stock as necessary, ensuring optimal availability of products.

Address customer inquiries and feedback with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a minimum of SSC, GCE, or NECK qualifications and demonstrate at least one year of relevant professional experience.

Residence within the Leak area is mandatory, as on-site accommodation is unavailable.
