As a CCA (Cultural and Creative Arts or Co-Curricular Activities) educator, your role will involve delivering dynamic lessons in arts, music, drama, and cultural heritage, or leading extracurricular clubs. You will foster self-expression, cultivate artistic talents, and equip students with the skills necessary for exhibitions and performances.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and project management, to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align initiatives, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across core business processes. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of productivity and quality. Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, facilitating clear communication and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Additionally, identify emerging opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and support long-term growth strategies.
We are responsible for designing and delivering engaging CCA lessons in strict accordance with Nigerian, British, or American educational standards, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with each specified curriculum.
Introduce students to a range of creative disciplines, such as painting, music appreciation, drama, and traditional crafts, to foster skill development.
You will be responsible for orchestrating a variety of school events, including plays, cultural celebrations, art exhibitions, and performances.
Assess student performance, document academic achievements, and facilitate preparation for standardized assessments, including internal and external examinations such as BEE and WAEC.
Supervise after-school clubs, societies, and educational outings to foster well-rounded student growth and engagement.
