Oversee a wide range of critical tasks, including the management of daily operations, the implementation of strategic initiatives, and the adherence to compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, resolve operational challenges, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and maintain efficient workflows, monitor performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, identify opportunities for process improvements, mentor team members, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Organize and execute continuous field activations within designated high-traffic corridors to enhance value and increase transaction volumes for remittance services.

Facilitate partnerships with corridor associations and influencers to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the remittance onboarding process, ensuring scalability and continuous optimization.

Educate clients regarding the remittance capabilities offered by Memo PSB, ensuring they fully understand the service features, transaction processes, and associated benefits.

Compile and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Investigate and address remittance-related discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely financial settlements.

Collaborate with clients and internal business units to address and resolve remittance-related inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

A degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a closely related field, such as a B.Sc. or HND, is required.

Proven track record in sales within a financial services environment is essential.

Seeking candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in remittance services, sales operations, and field activation initiatives to drive engagement and growth.

Fluency in French is an essential requirement for this role.

Proven capability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-cultural settings, demonstrating adaptability and strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders across different geographical locations.

Proficiency in French or a local dialect spoken in Ghana is essential. Strong negotiation and compliance skills are also required for this role.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate must demonstrate meticulous accuracy in all tasks while maintaining structured workflows to ensure efficiency and precision.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
