We seek a skilled and innovative Content Creator/Videographer to enhance our Brand Marketing team based in Barri.

This position seeks a proactive, innovative professional capable of shepherding projects from initial concept through to final execution, encompassing content strategy, videography, post-production, and distribution. The preferred applicant will demonstrate a keen aptitude for narrative crafting, an up-to-date understanding of content trends, and a talent for captivating target audiences.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with company goals and regulatory standards. Lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement in processes, performance metrics, and service delivery. Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.
Create innovative concepts and strategic content ideas that effectively support and advance brand and marketing objectives.
We are responsible for the planning, filming, editing, and delivery of premium-quality video and photo content tailored for social media platforms, websites, advertising initiatives, and corporate communications.
Produce compelling short-form and long-form content tailored for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and additional relevant channels.
Responsibilities include documenting and reporting on company events, activations, promotions, and community engagements.
Edit videos using professional editing software, ensuring high production quality and brand consistency.
Partner with the Brand Marketing team to implement content calendars and campaign initiatives.
Monitor industry trends, track platform updates, and explore innovative creative methodologies to ensure strategies remain current and effective.
Oversee the curation and upkeep of digital content archives and production equipment to ensure accessibility, organization, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate content performance metrics and suggest strategic improvements to enhance audience engagement and expand reach.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential, as is a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, and any advanced certifications or specialized training will be considered advantageous.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Film Production, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, photography, and video editing, the ideal candidate will bring a strong background in producing high-quality visual and written materials.
A robust portfolio highlighting prior experience in content creation and video production is essential.
Strong expertise in video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or comparable software is required.
Possesses a solid grasp of contemporary social media content trends alongside platform-specific best practices.
Proficiency in photography, lighting techniques, audio recording, and post-production processes is required.
Effective communication, innovative thinking, and meticulous organizational abilities are essential for this role.
Must possess strong self-motivation and organizational skills to efficiently oversee and prioritize multiple projects without direct supervision.
Applicants are required to be based in Barri or its surrounding areas and must maintain availability for consistent on-site work commitments.
Preferred Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Analytics. Candidates should possess at least three years of hands-on experience in data management, statistical analysis, or machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL is essential, along with expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights are highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
Proven track record in curating and overseeing social media content strategies for corporate entities or brand campaigns.
Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, or graphic design is required.
Crafting timely updates and delivering live coverage of events are essential components of this role.
Proficient in content analytics and performance reporting methodologies.
