ROLE SUMMARY

As an Error Business Development Executive, your primary role involves advancing Error’s pharmaceutical portfolio and cultivating robust connections with healthcare providers in your designated region. You will contribute to the company’s strategic sales and marketing initiatives by clearly articulating product advantages, uncovering new business prospects, and accelerating prescription volumes and revenue growth—all while upholding the utmost standards of professionalism and integrity.

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Oversee daily workflows to maintain high productivity levels while adhering to established policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement. Manage key performance indicators to track progress, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, mitigating risks and maintaining accountability across all departments.

Develop and implement strategic, results-oriented call plans tailored to the designated territory, ensuring alignment with predefined objectives.

Frequently engage with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other essential stakeholders to advocate for Error products.

Accomplish sales targets by delivering engaging product presentations and employing customer-centric selling strategies.

Ensure meticulous documentation of post-call activities while leveraging customer insights to enhance sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities include disseminating promotional materials and product samples in alignment with established company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Leverage approved marketing tools and campaigns to enhance product visibility and expand market reach effectively.

Develop and sustain robust professional connections with healthcare practitioners and pivotal organizational decision-makers to foster collaborative partnerships and strategic alliances.

Leverage strategic initiatives to uncover and cultivate new business prospects while broadening market penetration across the designated territory.

Collect and analyze market intelligence, track competitors’ actions, and deliver prompt insights to management.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. Prior experience in project leadership or management is highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, or any other relevant health science field is required.
