A recognized institution must confer a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a closely related discipline.
Professional registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory for this position.
Membership in the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are highly beneficial.
Proficiency in housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives is advantageous.
With a demonstrated track record spanning 5 to 10 years, the ideal candidate possesses extensive expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration.
Demonstrated expertise in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development initiatives is required.
