Main Functions

The Cost Control Supervisor will be responsible for managing cost monitoring, inventory oversight, and expense control initiatives across various operational departments.

Inventory and Stock Control: Responsible for overseeing the accurate tracking, management, and replenishment of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or shortages. This involves conducting regular audits, maintaining precise records, and utilizing inventory management systems to monitor stock movements. Additionally, the role requires analyzing usage patterns, forecasting demand, and collaborating with procurement teams to align inventory with business needs, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and cost-effective resource allocation.

Oversee inventory management and stock reconciliation procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Perform systematic stock audits and inventory verification processes on a regular basis.

Track inventory movement meticulously and maintain accurate records throughout the process.

Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages while avoiding excess stock and minimizing waste.

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and operational standards by maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, guidelines, and internal policies. Oversee financial transactions to verify accuracy, integrity, and transparency while monitoring internal controls to mitigate risks. Develop and implement compliance frameworks to align with industry best practices and regulatory mandates. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps, address deficiencies, and ensure continuous improvement in compliance protocols. Verify adherence to established cost control protocols and standard operating procedures within the organization.

Responsible for examining and validating invoices, requisitions, and supplier transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial protocols.

Develop and execute internal control systems to ensure organizational compliance and operational efficiency.

Partner with finance and operations teams to enhance accountability and drive cross-functional alignment.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in database management and cloud computing platforms. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, collaborative teamwork, and exceptional communication skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in designing scalable architectures and optimizing system performance is preferred.
