Job Summary

Appoint Group and its subsidiaries are in search of an Accountant who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to oversee financial records, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to the company’s financial operations effectively.

The successful applicant will maintain precise financial records, compile regulatory financial statements, oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, and enforce compliance with established financial policies and procedures throughout the organization.

Professional accounting certification is highly beneficial and may be considered an additional asset.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing a broad range of operational and strategic functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across departments. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, deliverables, and performance targets while fostering collaboration and accountability. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and facilitating the resolution of challenges. Additionally, the position requires monitoring incoming payments, tracking customer accounts, and following up on overdue receivables to optimize cash flow. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and adherence to established financial controls are essential for success in this role.

Handle the preparation, review, and processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Accurately manage and balance accounts payable and receivable to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with company records.
