Expand revenue streams by actively seeking and capitalizing on new business prospects for MPGS and Acceptance within the designated territory.

Cultivate and sustain robust connections with current and prospective clients, encompassing merchants, financial institutions, and other critical stakeholders.

Develop a comprehensive grasp of customer requirements, product strategies, regional dynamics, and industry-specific factors as they pertain to product and platform offerings.

Partner with diverse teams across the organization to guarantee the seamless deployment of MPGS products and services to end users.

Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives and plans designed to meet revenue objectives while enhancing market share.

Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint customer requirements, assess the competitive environment, and track evolving market trends, thereby shaping effective sales strategies and actionable plans.

Conduct and engage in sales presentations, develop comprehensive business cases, craft persuasive proposals, and lead contract negotiations to successfully finalize new business agreements.

Engagement in the customer planning process spearheaded by the account teams is essential.

Monitor sales performance metrics by tracking key indicators such as pipeline management, conversion rates, and revenue growth then compile and present these findings in detailed reports.

About You

A minimum of a decade of hands-on experience in sales, business development, or comparable positions within the payments sector is required.

Accomplished track record in boosting revenue growth and expanding market share within the payments sector.

Seasoned expertise in the payments sector, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the CEMEA market landscape, is essential for this role.

Experienced with payment gateway systems and the intricacies of payment processing is essential, while familiarity with fraud detection and decisioning solutions is highly advantageous.

Demonstrates exceptional strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and adept problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, enabling clear and effective information exchange across various contexts and audiences.

Proactive self-starter with a strong capacity to navigate and resolve ambiguity effectively, ensuring clear direction and action in dynamic environments.

Demonstrates strong adaptability and collaboration within interdisciplinary and matrix-based organizational structures.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft tools and constructing data models with a high degree of expertise.

Capable of traveling up to 30% of the time as required by the role.
