Job Summary
In this position, you will oversee the expansion and management of business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives through the cultivation of robust partnerships with corporate clients.
You will develop customized gifting solutions, manage high-volume orders, and oversee the entire service delivery process while simultaneously driving sales expansion and fostering lasting client relationships.
Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing [specific tasks or functions, e.g., project management, team leadership, or operational oversight], ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across departments. Client Acquisition: Develop relationships and secure new corporate clients, with a priority on engaging HR departments, procurement specialists, executive leadership, and corporate event organizers.
Account management responsibilities include cultivating and overseeing strong relationships with corporate clients, while gaining comprehensive insight into their unique gifting requirements and preferences to ensure tailored solutions.
Recommend customized gift recommendations by aligning them with client budgets, brand identity, and promotional goals to deliver tailored solutions.
Craft and dispatch polished business proposals, customized client pitches, and informative service presentations to prospective clients.
Oversee order management responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of order processing, including accurate customization, consistent branding alignment, precise pricing verification, and seamless delivery coordination.
Collaborate effectively across departments, including logistics and fulfillment, to guarantee punctual, seamless, and undamaged product deliveries.
Develop and oversee the corporate sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass pre-defined monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
To enhance client retention and foster ongoing engagement, follow up with clients after delivery to confirm satisfaction and support repeat business opportunities.
Through strategic collaboration with the marketing team, you will co-develop corporate-focused campaigns, seasonal gift catalogs, and promotional offers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
Education and Experience: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics. A minimum of three years of professional experience in software development or a closely related discipline is required, with demonstrated expertise in at least one programming language. Prior to project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies are highly desirable. Additional consideration will be given to applicants with advanced degrees or specialized certifications in their field.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is strongly preferred for this position.
With a minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in corporate sales, B2B account management, or business development, candidates will be strongly considered for this position.
Professional experience in corporate gifting, luxury retail, or lifestyle sectors is highly advantageous.
