Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Create, shoot, edit, and optimize reels, short-form videos, graphics, and other digital content.
Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
Monitor trends, algorithms, and audience insights to improve performance.
Maintain brand aesthetics and consistency across digital platforms.
Collaborate on campaigns, content ideas, and partnerships.
Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
Use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation.
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
Strong creative, storytelling, and visual content skills.
Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
Comfortable creating content both behind and in front of the camera.
Fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or related industry experience is an advantage.
