Responsible for managing and facilitating daily operations across all organizational construction and development sites, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects.
Interpret design documents, including bills of quantities, architectural plans, and structural designs, while strictly adhering to the company’s established specifications.
Ensuring that external contractors fulfill their responsibilities effectively and deliver high-quality results is a key responsibility of this role.
Deliver consistent quality in all on-site work execution.
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, timeline milestones, and strategic plans, while providing consistent updates on project progress.

A Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper Division) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline is required.
Require a minimum of 2 to 6 years of postings professional experience in a comparable capacity.
Completed NYC is a prerequisite for this position.
