Oversee and execute a comprehensive set of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all functions. Collaborate closely with senior management to align business objectives with actionable initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor departmental performance through data analysis, progress tracking, and regular reporting identifying trends, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities. Lead cross-functional projects, allocate resources effectively, and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and deliver measurable results. Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain strong relationships and uphold organizational reputation. Ensure adherence to industry standards, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Deliver exceptional outpatient medical care through thorough consultations, precise diagnoses, and well-developed treatment plans.
Perform daily ward rounds to evaluate the clinical status of admitted patients and track their ongoing progress.
Conduct routine surgical interventions and proficiently manage common medical emergencies with precision and expertise.
Diagnose conditions and administer medications and therapeutic interventions following established medical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
Deliver health education and counseling services to patients and their families, focusing on disease management, prevention strategies, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
Work collaboratively with nursing, laboratory, and sonography teams to facilitate seamless and holistic patient care.
Accurately, meticulously, and consistently update electronic medical records to reflect all patient encounters with thorough detail and precision.
When appropriate, coordinate patient referrals to specialist healthcare providers and ensure ongoing monitoring of their treatment progress.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of five years of experience in software development, with at least three years in a leadership or mentorship role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is also necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A recognized institution must confer a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MB ChB) degree.
Full licensing requires complete registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and possession of an active, valid professional license.
Seeking candidates with at least two years of clinical experience postings, obtained within a high-activity hospital setting.

We seek a dedicated professional to work during standard business hours, ensuring consistent availability from Monday through Friday. This role requires adherence to a structured schedule, with occasional flexibility for overtime or extended hours as project demands dictate. The position entails performing essential job functions primarily within regular office hours, while also accommodating necessary meetings, deadlines, and collaborative efforts beyond the standard schedule when required.
Day Shift hours span from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
