The Role
As Project Planner at Palton Morgan Holdings, you will be at the heart of our construction programme management – developing master schedules, monitoring critical paths, and ensuring our high-value residential and commercial projects are delivered on time and to the Palton Morgan standard of excellence.
What You Bring
3 – 6 years of hands-on construction planning & programme management experience
Proven track record on building projects valued above 500 million
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Strong command of CPM, resource levelling, and earned value management (EVM)
Experience with delay analysis, EOT claims, and as-built records
B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain detailed, logic-linked construction programmes and master schedules
Produce progress reports, S-curves, and critical path analyses for senior stakeholders
Identify schedule risks and delays early — and drive recovery plans
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and QS teams
Support EOT claims and delay analysis through time impact assessments (TIA)
