Safeguard the hotel’s financial and operational integrity through the development, implementation, and oversight of customized internal control systems and compliance frameworks aligned with hotel operations, minimize risks and losses, uphold regulatory and brand standards, and foster a culture of accountability and control throughout all departments.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met. Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align resources, resolve challenges, and achieve long-term goals. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards while upholding the highest levels of professional integrity.

We are responsible for designing and maintaining a comprehensive internal control framework by mapping critical hotel operations, including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, events, procurement, payroll, and minibar services. This role involves conducting regular risk assessments and updating control measures to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising cash management, point-of-sale reconciliations, nightly audit processes, credit control, and petty cash administration while ensuring strict adherence to segregation of duties and approval frameworks.

The role involves overseeing procurement and inventory operations, including assessing procurement-to-pay processes, verifying vendor onboarding procedures, ensuring contract adherence, and conducting inventory cycle counts for food & beverage, minibar, and housekeeping supplies.

Plan and conduct risk-focused internal audits, systematically evaluate findings, deliver clear and practical recommendations to senior leadership, and ensure remediation efforts are fully implemented and closed within established deadlines.

Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory mandates and brand guidelines; facilitate and oversee external audits and brand inspections as required.

Deliver consistent training sessions focused on fraud prevention, ethical standards, and internal control protocols; serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and external auditing teams.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or a comparable technical role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with expertise in database management, API integration, and cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach to teamwork are essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate prior leadership in cross-functional projects and a commitment to continuous learning in emerging technologies.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required, with professional certifications such as CPA, ARCA, CIA, or their equivalents strongly preferred.

Professionals with at least five years of expertise in internal audit, internal controls, or financial management—particularly within the hospitality industry or multi-outlet retail—are encouraged to apply.

Required competencies include robust analytical abilities and expertise in report preparation, along with hands-on experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) platforms, coupled with exceptional stakeholder engagement and instructional proficiency.

The role entails operating within a structured professional environment, with responsibilities clearly defined to ensure effective performance.
