We are in search of a highly motivated Stationery Sales Agent to contribute to the expansion of our stationery product distribution within designated territories. The successful applicant will be tasked with uncovering new business prospects, cultivating enduring customer connections, and enhancing sales outcomes across supermarkets, manufacturing facilities, and various retail environments.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational efficiency and organizational success. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance productivity across all departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, streamline processes, and achieve key performance indicators. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to deliver high-quality results within specified constraints. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining ethical standards. Contribute to long-term planning by analyzing data, assessing risks, and recommending data-driven solutions. Act as a liaison between senior management and employees to facilitate transparent communication and alignment with company objectives.

Skilled professionals will be responsible for marketing and distributing the company’s stationery products across supermarkets, manufacturing facilities, and various retail outlets.

Evaluate and cultivate new business prospects across designated territories to drive growth and expand market presence.

Foster and sustain robust partnerships with retail outlets, wholesale distributors, and key corporate stakeholders.

To consistently surpass monthly sales goals, delivering results that exceed established benchmarks.

Regularly perform market visits and follow up with customers to maintain engagement and gather essential feedback.

Drive product visibility and market penetration through strategic initiatives and targeted efforts.

Compile comprehensive sales reports and deliver insightful market feedback to senior management for strategic decision-making purposes.

Track competitors’ actions and shifts in the industry to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives.

With a proven track record in field sales, particularly within the stationery industry, you bring valuable hands-on experience to the role.

Goal-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused professionals are required for this role.

Proficient in developing and implementing sales strategies tailored for contemporary market environments, including both factory and supermarket settings.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and rapport-building abilities are essential.

We offer a starting salary of $100,000 for this position.

A transportation allowance of 50,000 units will be provided as part of the compensation package. This allowance is designated to cover commuting expenses incurred during the execution of duties.
