Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives. Implement best practices in process optimization while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies. Lead initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation within the team. Facilitate communication between departments to align goals and streamline workflows. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and development.

Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients spanning key industries.

Cultivate and assess potential leads via strategic cold calling initiatives, professional networking engagements, strategic referrals, and targeted digital outreach campaigns.

Organize and coordinate meetings and presentations for the business development team to ensure efficient scheduling and alignment with organizational objectives.

Foster enduring partnerships with clients and essential stakeholders through consistent engagement and mutual trust.

Proactively monitor and advance proposals, negotiations, and sales opportunities to ensure timely follow-through and closure.

Perform comprehensive market research and continuously assess industry trends to uncover potential avenues for business expansion and development.

Accurately document and manage records pertaining to prospects, leads, and sales-related activities.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, along with proficiency in relevant technical tools or methodologies. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proactive mindset, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations or standards is a valued asset.

A relevant bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) is required for this position.

We are seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Sales, or B2B sales environments would be highly beneficial.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

Proven expertise in identifying and cultivating potential clients through strategic prospecting and lead-generation initiatives.

Results-oriented professional with a strong drive to achieve business objectives and foster sustained growth through dedication and initiative.
