JOB SUMMARY
We are in search of an Account Manager who will propel business expansion by identifying fresh opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and fostering a robust pipeline through consistent, proactive outreach. In this role, you will oversee the entire sales process, cultivate enduring customer relationships, and play a pivotal part in achieving both individual and collective revenue objectives.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables. Develop innovative strategies to cultivate new business prospects and consistently achieve new logo acquisition targets.
Enhance existing customer accounts by strategically increasing wallet share and promoting additional products or services through effective cross-selling techniques.
Oversee the entire sales process, encompassing discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and finalization of deals.
Perform ongoing outbound prospecting and sales initiatives on a regular basis to drive business growth and expand the client base.
Maintain precise CRM data while identifying and cultivating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to drive pipeline growth.
Develop and maintain robust customer relationships by conducting structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Partner with Presales, Delivery, Finance, and Marketing teams to facilitate seamless deal execution throughout the process.
Facilitate contract negotiation, documentation, and compliance processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Generate and exceed personal revenue targets while actively supporting and advancing the collective objectives of the team.

REQUIREMENTS
With a minimum of five years of experience in technology, OEM, or ISV sales, candidates should have served in roles such as Account Manager or Sales Executive.
Demonstrates a consistent history of surpassing revenue objectives and securing new client contracts.
Proven track record in overseeing expansive and intricate sales pipelines while maintaining exceptional CRM data accuracy and integrity.
Proven ability to drive strategic account growth and navigate complex B2B sales cycles with precision and foresight.
The role necessitates exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and the creation of persuasive proposals.
Demonstrates a track record of cultivating enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships with key clients, fostering loyalty and sustained revenue growth.

EDUCATION
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely aligned discipline is required.
A master’s degree or recognized professional certifications would be beneficial.
