Job Summary

MIA Open University is actively recruiting skilled Part-Time Clinical Instructors and Clinical Supervisors to facilitate student learning throughout their clinical placements.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, the management of cross-functional teams, and the execution of projects aligned with organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and compliance standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive operational efficiency, resolve complex challenges, and deliver measurable results that enhance overall performance. Additionally, monitor key performance indicators, provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize workflows and resource allocation.

Offering structured clinical supervision and mentorship in professional development, the role involves delivering comprehensive training sessions to enhance practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Additionally, the position requires overseeing case discussions, providing constructive feedback, and evaluating trainee progress to ensure alignment with established competencies and ethical standards. Responsibilities also include designing and implementing educational programs tailored to diverse learning needs while fostering a supportive and collaborative training environment.

Conducts comprehensive student assessments and evaluations to gauge academic progress and proficiency.

Requirements
