The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls and inquiries, deliver essential details to prospective and existing clients, schedule appointments, and contribute to social media content creation and engagement efforts. This position provides valuable experience in healthcare operations and digital marketing within a physiotherapy setting.
Key Duties Include: Overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal workflow efficiency and productivity, managing and delegating tasks to team members, maintaining high standards of quality and service, resolving any operational challenges promptly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field is required.
