Responsibilities
Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks in the restroom, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the process.
Perform hygiene care, including bathing and cleaning, for patients or residents as part of their daily care routine.
Maintain optimal hygiene for patients and regularly replace bedding to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
Responsible for safely relocating and repositioning patients between wheelchairs, seats, and beds, ensuring their comfort and stability throughout the transfer process.
Provide meal assistance to patients by serving food and supporting them in eating when necessary.
Monitor and record essential physiological indicators, including blood pressure and body temperature, to assess patients’ health status accurately.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with proficiency in project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is required, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Must hold a relevant degree or certification in the field, and have at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, leadership potential, and a passion for driving results through collaboration and innovation.
Proven track record in Nursing Assistant roles or equivalent experience in healthcare settings.
Demonstrates a high degree of precision and meticulousness in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in deliverables.
Effective articulation of ideas both in written and spoken formats is essential.
Ability to meticulously interpret and adhere to instructions with precision and attention to detail.
