Conduct quality control measures for assigned stations and maintain accurate documentation of findings as necessary. Adhere to the laboratory’s Internal Quality Assurance System by implementing and following protocols for all performed examinations.
Provide support for the encoding, updating, and maintenance of electronic laboratory records.
Maintain laboratory equipment in optimal working condition and operate it in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Oversee laboratory inventory by ensuring adequate stock levels of equipment and consumables to support upcoming tasks.
The incumbent will ensure the integrity and efficiency of the established record-keeping and information management framework, enabling the timely delivery of results, data collection, analysis, and reporting for laboratory monitoring and operational research facilitation.
Assist in the creation, revision, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
Contribute to the enhancement of the service system in alignment with the established laboratory work plan.
Assist in the execution of additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by management. Complete all other assigned tasks in alignment with organizational objectives.
