We are in search of a compassionate, well-informed, and patient-centered Health Care Assistant to become part of our team at the medical equipment and consumables wholesale and retail establishment.

You will deliver expert guidance to customers regarding medical products, facilitate seamless purchasing transactions, and uphold exceptional service standards within a retail healthcare setting.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence, including the management of team performance, alignment with strategic objectives, and the delivery of high-quality results. Develop and implement policies that enhance efficiency, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate seamless collaboration to achieve organizational goals, and act as a key liaison between departments to streamline communication and decision-making processes. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions to optimize productivity and profitability.

Greet customers and offer expert guidance on a wide range of medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, blood pressure monitors, oxygen concentrators, mobility aids, and support devices, as well as consumables such as gloves, bandages, syringes, and wound dressings.

Provide customers with clear, step-by-step guidance on the correct operation of medical devices and equipment.

Assist customers in choosing appropriate products aligned with their needs and medical professionals’ guidance, while ensuring precise inventory tracking.

Deliver essential post-sales assistance and proactively check in with customers as necessary.

Monitor inventory levels closely and provide support for inventory management tasks when stock levels are low.

The candidate must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable role, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is mandatory, and additional certifications may be preferred. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in the field is highly desirable.

A valid certification in Health Care Assistance, Nursing Assistant, or an equivalent field, or possession of an SSC certificate accompanied by practical experience in a medical store or healthcare environment is required.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of medical equipment and consumables, including their functions, applications, and specifications.

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain clear, effective communication.

Reliable, approachable, and composed individuals are sought, with an emphasis on demonstrating integrity and patience throughout all professional interactions.

Capable of safely managing and transporting lightweight equipment with ease.

Proficient in utilizing computer systems for sales and inventory management tasks.
