Job Summary

Our client is in search of a seasoned Senior Client Service Manager with proven expertise to spearhead their client services team and propel business expansion.

As a Senior Client Service Manager, your primary focus will involve cultivating and expanding existing client relationships while also spearheading revenue growth initiatives. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, offering specialized counsel on experiential marketing strategies and campaign execution.

Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of performance. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable growth. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that optimize operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional development. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Possess an in-depth knowledge of the client’s operations and proactively identify avenues for expanding the account’s scope and value.

Demonstrate practical expertise, deep understanding, and technical proficiency in meeting client expectations.

Oversee the comprehensive day-to-day management of accounts, encompassing financial operations and ensuring profitability.

Ensure timely production of Contact Reports, Status Reports, and Activation Reports. Review and approve all substantive communications with the Client.

Drives growth for assigned brands by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Develop new business opportunities and cultivate qualified leads for the agency by leveraging a structured sales funnel to ensure consistent and effective outreach.

Strong leadership abilities are essential to effectively guide and motivate team members toward the successful achievement of organizational objectives.

Plan and oversee operational activities to guarantee the successful completion of deliverables while adhering to client-defined timelines.

Assess activation performance through analysis of feedback and the collection of measurable outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

A certification in project management or marketing would be advantageous.

Demonstrates a robust grasp of experiential marketing, event execution, or brand activation strategies.

Demonstrates outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
